Things you need to know

  • The only people eligible to stay at the property are those listed on the booking form. (S/C)

  • Guests should not exceed maximum stated occupancy. (S/C)

  • All linen and bath towels are included unless otherwise stated. (S/C)

  • Gas/electricity are included unless otherwise stated. (S/C)

  • Daily domestic staff as stated for each specific property. (S/C)

  • Private transfers are not included unless otherwise stated.

  • Directions to the accommodation and contact details will be sent to you once we are in receipt of balance payment in full. (S/C)

  • Please let us have flight details-airline, flight numbers and time of arrival and departure. This is important in arranging key collection with the owner or representative, who will need to be advised of your expected arrival time.

  • Damage deposit will be taken and will be refunded within 30 days of your return providing no damage has occurred. (S/C)

  • We strongly recommend that each member of the party take out full insurance cover for Personal injury/sickness and comprehensive travel arrangements. This must be obtained from your own selected insurance company before travelling. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate to your needs. We cannot accept any responsibility in the event that you have failed to do so.

  • Check in and Check out. Generally our accommodation will be available between 2.00pm and 3pm. On the day of departure you should vacate your accommodation by 10am.

  • Telephone charges. If calls are made via the self catering accommodation, where possible they should be made via the operator using a credit or phone card. If this is not possible charges will be deducted from your damage deposit. (S/C)
