Personal service, destinations and properties are all researched and visited personally. Here is our UK and South Africa Team who will take care of you.

Sarah Cavendish says  “South Africa is a magical place, and I am so lucky to be able to travel there each year as part of my job.  When tailor making holidays for our clients, nothing beats first hand experience, and I can confidently guide them in the right direction, safe in the knowledge that my recommendations meet their accommodation brief”.

Ian Barnes has both lived and worked in South Africa, and travels there regularly for meetings with our South African team, new property searches, and also dealing with our  recent venture 'SAfrica Collection Property For Sale'.  He says “This is very exciting as South Africa is such a beautiful country to buy a holiday or retirement home. Following a full client brief, area and property search, we put potential buyers  with agents or property developers.  The works extremely well with the added bonus of being able to offer a holiday rental service to the buyer should they so wish”.

Farren Smith has been within our South African Letting division in Durban/Umhlanga Rocks for the past 4 years.  During this time, Farren has a warm and friendly personality and offers our clients a professional, reliable and efficient service.

Jacqui Boyd, lives in Cape Town, and also operates a very successful business and has an absolute passion for delivering an outstanding service to guests.  The driving force is to create a delightful and consistent experience for our guests to return time and time again.

Carol Du Preez is the reservation manager.  Carol gained experience working for some of the top hotels in South Africa, and has a fantastic rapport with clients and always goes out of her way to accommodate their needs. 

Michele Addison is a qualified tour guide, qualified diving skipper and avid conservationist with a passion for the African bush and wildlife, and has grown up in Africa.  She personally supervises and looks after our guest that take diving safaris, and the 8 Day Elephant Back Safari.
Michele has been involved in the tourism & diving industry in South Africa and bordering countries most of her life – giving her the edge and thrilling the international traveller since the early 1990s.
