How to book

To book your holiday simply follow the steps below:

  1. Once you have chosen your accommodation please email or telephone +44(0) 1782 619596 or use our enquiry form with the details of the property and the dates you wish to reserve it for.

  2. We will then check with the Owner/Manager that the property is available for your chosen dates. If this is so, the Service Provider will provisionally reserve that property for those given dates. We will then confirm the details with you, by email or telephone.

  3. A booking deposit of the total cost of the accommodation is required if booking 8 weeks prior to departure - 10% Hotels/Lodges, 40% Villas/Apartments , Zimbali Villas/Apartments 50%.

    Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking

  4. Once we have received your completed Booking Form, and all the appropriate payments, these will be passed on to the Service Provider. We will then send you a confirmation invoice on the Service Providers behalf, which contractually secures your booking with them. Please check the confirmation details carefully as soon as you receive them. Contact the Company straight away if any of the information which appears on the confirmation or any other document to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. No liability can be accepted if the Company is not notified of any inaccuracy in any document within 48 hours of your receiving the document in question.

    Once we have received all your details and booking deposit payment, a confirmation invoice will be sent to the lead named passenger who undertakes the following: on behalf of all persons on the booking, that they have read and accepted the booking terms and conditions and the important information and advice.

  5. Balance will be due no less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of your stay as stated on your confirmation details. A breakages deposit will also be taken at the same time if you have chosen self catering accommodation. This may vary but on average it will be approximately £250 which will be returned to you 30 days after departure, providing no breakages or damages have been incurred.

  6. All bookings are subject to SAfrica Collection Terms & Conditions, which you must read and accept before making a booking through us.

  7. Overseas bank transfers will be subject to an additional £19 surcharge to cover collection charges.

BY CREDIT CARD ON LINE
If you are booking online please complete the form with all your relevant information, including your method of payment, credit or debit card details, on our verified secure site, and submit it back to us. Please note for all cards there will be an administration fee.

BY CHEQUE
If you are in the UK and paying by sterling cheque, download the form to your printer with all your details, sign, and return it with the required deposit made payable to 'SAfrica Collection Ltd ', and post to Charlbury House, 9 Naples Drive, Westlands, Newcastle. Staffordshire ST5 2QD. The required deposit and booking form via this method must reach our offices within 4 working days of verbal booking, by failing to do this your reservation may be cancelled.
